With professionally trained support staff available, we collaborate closely with individuals, families, and external healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive support system. Residents are encouraged to set personal goals—be it continuing education, volunteering, or finding employment—and we work actively to help them achieve those aspirations. To ensure continuity and trust, we assign a carefully selected, qualified, and trained healthcare worker from our exceptional team as the primary caregiver for each client, minimizing rotations wherever possible. Our management team will maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services, address their suggestions for improvement, and respond swiftly to any changes in their individual needs.

Our dedicated care team works collaboratively to ensure the highest level of support and care for our residents.
The Residents Manager is available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with on-call responsibilities over weekends. They oversee staff supervision and ensure a safe, supportive environment that fosters resident independence and well-being.
A Senior Support Worker is on duty at all times 24/7. They mentor junior support workers, ensure effective implementation of care plans, collaborate with management on service quality, and provide guidance on best practices in care delivery. They also assist in training new staff.
Support Workers work alongside a Senior Support Workers. They provide direct support to residents in their daily activities, promoting independence and well-being.
The Administrator works Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, managing administrative tasks including records, scheduling, compliance, budget oversight, and communication with clients, families, and external agencies to ensure all documentation is up to date.
